MIRKO MARINČIČ APPOINTED AS THIRD MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF HSE

At today’s extraordinary session, the Supervisory Board of Holding Slovenske elektrarne d. o. o. unanimously appointed Mirko Marinčič as the third member of the Management Board an operating officer with a four-year term.

The three-member management board of the company (previously a two-member board) has been established by the new Articles of Association of HSE, which was adopted on 28 March 2019 by the Slovenian Sovereign Holding. Under the new Articles of Association, HSE has one CEO and two chief operating officers (COO). The second COO will join Stojan Nikolić, whose term as the chief operating officer started on 25 March 2019, and Viktor Vračar, who has been COO of HSE since 1 May 2019, on 15 July 2019, when his term enters into force.

“We believe that Mirko Marinčič will contribute to attaining the common goals of the company and the HSE Group with the knowledge and experience he has gained in Slovenian energy companies,” HSE chief supervisor Tomaž Besek said after today’s session of the Supervisory Board.
