The general shareholders’ assembly of the company RGP, d. o. o., rekonstrukcije, gradnje, proizvodnja, at today’s session appointed a new two-member management board of the company, consisting of Marko Ranzinger as director general and Zef Vučaj as director.

By decision of the general shareholders’ assembly, Marko Ranzinger was appointed a member of the management board – director general of the company, effective as of 16 February. The appointment is temporary and is in force for the duration of the procedure to appoint a new director general for a full term, but not longer than six months. By decision of the general shareholders’ assembly, Zef Vučaj was appointed a member of the management board – director of the company with a four-year term, effective as of 16 February.

Andrej Tumpej, director of the company Dravske Elektrarne Maribor, the largest owner of the company RGP, said on behalf of representatives of the general shareholders’ assembly: “Both members of the new management board are long-term employees of RGP, which means that they are well acquainted with the company. We believe that, with the knowledge and experience they have gained so far and new ideas and projects, they will further improve and upgrade the operations of what is already a successful company”.
