Generator 6 of the Šoštanj Thermal Power Plant (TEŠ), which was shut down on 17 August, was reconnected to the Slovenian electricity grid on 16 September at 07.14 a.m. During the shut-down, the following works were implemented: Inspection of the equipment, cleaning of the flue gas and air ducts of the heater, remaining maintenance works and cleaning of the ash silo. The supply of electricity in Slovenia was undisturbed while generator 6 was not operational.
