The company PLP, lesna industrija, d. o. o., one of the four affiliated companies in the Premogovnik Velenje Group, which is fully owned by Premogovnik Velenje, has a new director. As of Monday, 17 April 2023, the company is headed and represented by Damjan Lesnjak. The new director was appointed for a four-year term.

Damjan Lesnjak has a master’s degree in economic and business sciences. Previously, he finished secondary education and undergraduate studies and gained knowledge in the timber industry. He has been employed by the company PLP since 2003. He was first employed as a development and investment engineer, and for the past fourteen years has worked as the head of sales and logistics.
