Holding Slovenske Elektrarne, the largest Slovenian producer of electricity, including from renewable sources, will as of Saturday, 3 July 2021, add to its portfolio the largest solar power plant project in Slovenia. The investment in the Prapretno Solar Power Plant, which will stand on the rehabilitated and closed part of a non-hazardous waste landfill, belongs to a range of new facilities for electricity production from renewable sources that is also compliant with the guidelines of strategic documents at the national level. The project combines the know-how of the project associates and the potential of the HSE Group and its contribution to raising the proportion of renewable energy sourced from solar power plants, not only in our production portfolio, but in Slovenia as a whole.
