ENERGIJA PLUS ‘COOLS DOWN’ THE ELECTRICITY MARKET BY LOWERING THE PLANNED PRICE INCREASE

The fact is that life has become more expensive. The prices of used cars are reaching the prices of new ones, while filling the tank is more expensive every day. New increases in the prices of basic food products are predicted, as well as rises in energy prices.

The electricity market is overheated. Prices on the purchasing market fluctuate daily and forecasts are unreliable. Many providers have already announced high price increases, while others have been forced to close their doors. Thus, several thousand customers found themselves in a serious situation – a quick change of supplier or a transition to an emergency power supply.

Energija plus as part of the HSE Group is on the right track

At Energija plus, we monitor the situation on the energy markets on a daily basis and successfully face all challenges. It makes us stronger. We provide our customers with a reliable supply of energy products even in these challenging times. The customers of Energija plus who recently chose us as their supplier are aware that switching to Energija plus was the right move, and existing customers can look forward to one more fact. With the entry of HSE into the ownership structure of Energija plus, the first effects are already showing, as the price of electricity for the existing customers of Energija plus increased by only 6% and not by twice as much as was initially announced. Together with a new partner, we managed to optimise our operations, find new resources and increase the competitiveness of products and services in a short time.

We have informed each of our customers about the new prices and the mitigating of the announced price increase on their energy bills for the month of June. We receive positive responses from our customers, who perceive us as a reliable energy partner. We are extremely proud to be able to pass on such good news to our customers and the general public.

The road to full recovery will be long

What will happen to electricity prices until the end of the year and even beyond is difficult to predict at the moment, as it depends on macroeconomic trends and geopolitical conditions in our close surroundings. At the moment, it is also unclear how the state will intervene in the electricity market, as one of the possible measures to combat the high cost of electricity is the regulation of electricity prices. The same prices among different suppliers will ‘paralyze’ competitiveness, but Energija plus is already prepared for this challenge, too. The customers of Energija plus will still receive additional benefits and discounts in the framework of the Moj PLUS loyalty program in the event of price regulation. This will play a key role, as customers will be able to lower their monthly bills for supplied energy by collecting points.
