At today’s meeting, the HSE supervisory board concluded an agreement with the general director of HSE, Gorazd Skubin on their resignation and termination of mandate, effective as of today. The HSE supervisory board will continue with the meeting on 4 April 2017 and has until then authorised Stojan Nikolić, CFO of HSE to run the HSE company.
